Atlantic has seven locations in New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maine and is dedicated to providing superior client service and high quality construction services. The company offers mechanical insulation contracting, fire protection, abatement and other specialty contracting services to industrial and commercial clients. Atlantic also develops specialized energy appraisal software to perform energy audits that quantify heat loss and calculate potential energy savings and reductions in greenhouse emissions for their clients. Atlantic’s highly skilled appraisers work to determine the most efficient, safe and cost effective approach to energy consumption.

Atlantic provides expertise contracting to projects ranging from $1,000 to $10 million. The Atlantic New York City team has worked on major New York City projects including providing plumbing insulation at the Jet Blue Terminal at JFK Airport, mechanical insulation at 1 Bryant Park and mechanical insulation at the J.P. Morgan Chase Headquarters at 270 Park Avenue. In addition, Atlantic has also worked on major landmarks like Yankee Stadium and the World Trade Center Transportation Hub.

Atlantic’s New York City team is led by Joe Leo, President, Bruce Schilling, Superintendent, Brian Aull, Estimator and Ken Erker, Estimator. Joe is the current President of the Insulation Contractors Association of New York City (ICA). He is on the board of the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association (ESICA) and the National Insulation Association (NIA) as well as co-chair of the Board of Trustees Local 12 Trust Fund.
