MEET THE MEMBERS OF THE ICA
The Insulation Contractors Association of New York City, Inc. (ICA), is the leading management Association representing commercial and industrial insulation contractors. The Association works as a representative to the members for the purpose of bargaining collectively with labor organizations, including the Heat & Frost Insulators & Allied Workers Local 12 of New York City.

The Insulation Contractors Association of New York City, Inc. represents both small and large commercial and industrial insulation contractors. While the size of our member contractors’ businesses may vary, there is a common bond of professionalism to be found among ICA members. The organization is dedicated to furthering the insulation industry in the New York City Metropolitan region. Through annual conferences, newsletters and educational sessions, ICA keeps members informed of changes in government legislation, technical innovations and other relevant information applicable to the construction industry.
Our Mission: The Mission of the ICA is to be the voice of the commercial
insulation industry in New York. We are proactive in representing and educating
our members and are committed to increasing business opportunities for them. We are committed to protecting the industry by gathering and sharing information
of interest and by discouraging unfair methods of competition. The ICA has set the standard for quality in the insulation industry, embracing innovations, new
