A FRESH FOOT FORWARD FOR NUICA: STRENGTHENING OUR COLLECTIVE IMPACT

The National Union Insulation Contractors Alliance (NUICA) is embarking on a revitalized path, and we want to highlight how this benefits you, our valued members. NUICA serves as a crucial platform for union-only insulation contractors to connect with International trade unions, championing the business interests of those specializing in thermal insulation, firestopping, and environmental control with strict union affiliations.
A New Era of Leadership and Collaboration
2025 marks a significant turning point for NUICA, with a fresh leadership team committed to empowering, supporting, and advocating for union contractors nationwide. We are particularly excited to announce that our very own Chris Grando, Vice President of ICA, has stepped into the NUICA Presidency. The ICA proudly supports Chris in this role, recognizing his dedication to our industry.
This strengthened leadership is focused on re-establishing productive dialogue with our partners at the International Heat and Frost Insulators Union. This renewed collaboration aims to amplify our collective influence and foster deeper industry alignment, ultimately creating new pathways for growth and advancement for all of us.
