JUAN CARLOS MARINE

When Juan Carlos Marine first came to Atlantic Contracting, he felt extremely welcomed by the team.

“I had been at my previous company for a long time,” he says. “The transition has been very smooth. They have a great system of support.”

Juan’s coworkers couldn’t stop saying “nice and positive things” about Atlantic, an Insulation Contractors Association of New York Member.

“That’s always a good sign when you first start at a company because it shows that people are there for a long, long time,” Juan says. 

Before coming to Atlantic, Juan says he did not have time to enjoy certain things outside of work. Now he can focus on spending time with family and confidently leave work at the office. 

Juan is a third year apprentice and loves that there is always a chance to grow in his skillset. 

“It solidifies what I was looking for [in a career],” he says. “You’re constantly learning and adapting in this industry.”
