How The ICA Provides Opportunity to Invest in Leadership

ICA Members Joined ESICA’s Annual Conference

As a leading management association for commercial and industrial insulation contractors, the Insulation Contractors Association (ICA) of New York provides opportunities for leadership development for industry leaders and teams.

The ICA of New York is a part of the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association (ESICA). ESICA hosts annual conferences to provide opportunities for leaders in the Insulation Industry to connect, learn and network!

This year’s Annual Spring Conference was held May 8-10 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

This year’s conference included Keynote Speaker Chuck Gallagher, who presented on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can benefit businesses. He provided real-world insights into the complex world of AI and how AI can be used in the Insulation Industry.

The conference provided break-out sessions tailored to Associate and Contractor members. Associates enjoyed four round table discussions on Managing Lead Times, How to Manage How Busy We Are, Succession Planning, and Changes in Networking. Contractor Members enjoyed updates from their states of origin and  discussed similar topics.

The conference ended with a round of golf on the PGA’s Champion Course, considered one of the toughest tests on the PGA Tour, and a BBQ Dinner reception.
